Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• Your business name and type
• Your bookings, and the ads you upload
• Your payment proofs and transaction references

How we use it

To run your account and bookings, confirm your payments, check that ads follow our ad policy, show your ads on the screens, and contact you about them. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run the app: Supabase for the database and files, Vercel for the website, and Hostinger for the server that prepares ads. Your ads and any text read from them may be sent to Anthropic, whose AI helps us check ads against our policy. A7 Group staff can see your bookings, ads and payment proofs.

What is public

Once approved, your ad is stored at a public web address so the screens can play it, and it is shown on the roadside. Your other files are private.

How long we keep it

• Your original uploads are deleted 30 days after your booking ends.
• Payment proofs are deleted 24 months after you upload them.
• Records of bookings and payments are kept for our accounts.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time. This removes your details and files. Records of past bookings and payments stay, without your name.
